RESOLVED – One of our fiber paths to Point Roberts may have been impacted, causing reduced bandwidth capacity for all of Point Roberts customers. Currently working with Bell Canada to determine the cause of the issue and to find a resolution.
RESOLVED – A small group of South Whidbey telephone customers may be experiencing phone outages when trying to make a long distance call outside of the Whidbey Telecom network. Some 800 numbers may also be affected. This outage is part of an AT&T/Ziply outage and is outside of Whidbey Telecom control.
RESOLVED – A main switch was experiencing issues, causing some BiG GiG customers to lose internet service. Service has been restored.
RESOLVED – We are experiencing an Internet service outage in Point Roberts due to a construction issue. Repairs are underway now, no ETA for restoration of service. We will update as soon as a field crew has assessed the damage.
