Location: Whidbey Island

Every year, Hearts & Hammers comes together on a single remarkable work day. The event was cancelled in 2020 but is back on this year! After a big meet-up, volunteers disperse to do good deeds all across the island. The goal is to help neighbors who are physically or financially unable to do repairs to their homes.

Typical projects may include yard clean-up, trash removal, gutter cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, painting, flooring, deck replacement, wheel-chair ramps, and mending fences. There is no charge to the homeowners for materials or labor. In fact, all costs are covered by fundraising and donations. Please join in this special event to support our neighbors.
