RESOLVED – Updated, Ziply has reported a cut in their fiber optic cable. Repair work is ongoing. Customers making long distance calls from their Whidbey Telecom landline across AT&T, Frontier, and Verizon circuits may experience an issue. This issue is part of an outside carrier outage and is outside of Whidbey Telecom control. We are working with their engineers to resolve the issue.
